It makes no sense but it doesn't need to

Art is creative -

Creativity is making something new out of what already exists.

Yes, that means crafting a Christmas candle out of a toilet paper roll.

Or building a house out of lumber from a tree.

Or painting in oil a representation of what’s in our minds or in our view.

Or pulling together words and sounds to create a song - or just sound - or just silence.

This is being a creator.

Creator God creates everything from nothing

But that nothingness is not a void.

It is that Creator God - an energy - a potentiality - it is a dynamic living sentient nothingness.

And that nothingness turns into a somethingness

When the vibration changes.

A sound is formed - an object takes shape - a color is born.

All with a change in vibration - a change in intention.

and that’s where we get to be creators as well.

To take the physical vibration of writing or painting or crafting to create something new -

out of what already exists - the paint already existed in a bottle or a tube, the canvas was real but blank,

every musical note was available in the ethers, all the words in the world were waiting to be combined

in a brand new way  -

a unique combination of thought and words and a pen and a paper and intention…

With a change in vibration.

I guess Creator God did make us in her image -

Since we are creators too.
